• Account data: name, email, phone, password (stored hashed), profile photo, fitness preferences, timezone.
• Usage data: workouts completed, meal logs, wellness check-ins, community posts, and in-app interactions.
• Device data: push notification tokens, device platform, and app version for delivery and security.
• Commerce data: shipping address, order history, and payment references processed by our payment partners (we do not store full card numbers).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and analytics needed to operate and improve the service.

3. How we use information

• Provide and personalize workouts, nutrition plans, and wellness features.
• Process orders, memberships, and customer support requests.
• Send transactional notifications (orders, account security) and optional wellness reminders.
• Improve reliability, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Push notifications

With your permission, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications to your device. You can disable notifications in your device settings or by logging out of the app on that device.

Some administrative announcements are delivered as system push notifications only and are not saved to your in-app notification history.

5. When we share data

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform (hosting, payments, email, analytics, push delivery) under contractual safeguards, or when required by law.

6. Data retention

We retain account and activity data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, security, and backup purposes. You may request deletion subject to applicable law.

7. Your rights & choices

• Access or update profile information in Account Settings.
• Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@nutrition.fitness.
• Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any promotional message.
• Control push notifications through your device OS settings.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure credential storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

10. International users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards when data is transferred internationally.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.
