Paid memberships renew according to the plan selected at checkout unless cancelled. Prices and features are displayed before purchase. Taxes may apply based on your location.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.
• Community content must be respectful and must not include harassment, hate speech, or illegal material.

7. Intellectual property

All branding, software, workouts, recipes, and media on Nutrition.Fitness are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the services for your own non-commercial purposes.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should survive termination (including disclaimers and liability limits) will remain in effect.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutrition.Fitness is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred USD if no payment was made.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
